How to Play Softy Grab

🎯 Goal

The cheeky ice cream vendor swirls a fresh soft-serve cone and teases you with it — twirling, darting and spinning it around just out of reach, exactly like the famous Turkish ice cream trick. Move your grab hand over the cone and click or tap to snatch it before it melts away!

🎮 Controls

• Mouse: move the grab hand and click on the cone to grab it.
• Touch: simply tap the cone to grab it.
• Keyboard: ◀ ▶ ▲ ▼ arrows or W A S D to aim the hand, Space / Enter to grab, P to pause.
• F toggles full screen, M mutes sound.

🍦 The Melting Meter

Every cone starts melting the moment it is served. The freshness meter at the top drains from minty green to red and the scoop visibly shrinks and drips. Grab the cone while it is still fresh for the biggest points — if the meter empties, the soft-serve melts into a puddle and you lose a life.

🤹 The Vendor's Trick

The vendor never just hands it over! Watch for playful fake-outs, quick pull-backs and spins, and beware — reach too close and the cone may dart away at the last second. Time your grab, predict the move, and pounce.

⭐ Scoring & Combos

• Each grab scores more the fresher the cone (high meter = bonus).
• Grab cones back-to-back to build a combo multiplier for huge scores.
• A fully melted cone breaks your combo and costs one of your 3 lives — a missed grab just gives the cone a cheeky spin, no penalty.
• Every few grabs you level up: cones melt faster, dodge harder, and the shop changes scene.

It blends a classic tap-to-grab arcade game with a survival-style melting mechanic for tense, replayable fun.

There are no fixed levels — the game is endless. Each level the soft-serve melts faster and the cone dodges harder, while the backdrop cycles through an ice cream shop, beach cart, park stall, carnival, mall kiosk and glowing night market.
