How to Play Snake

🎮 Controls

Steer the snake with the Arrow Keys or W A S D on desktop. On touch screens, swipe in any direction or use the on-screen D-pad. Press Space or P to pause and resume. You cannot turn back directly into yourself.

🍎 Objective

Guide the serpent to eat glowing food orbs. Every orb you collect makes the snake longer and increases your score. The longer you survive, the faster the snake slithers — how big can you grow?

⚡ Power-Ups

• Golden Fruit — appears for a short time and is worth big bonus points. Grab it before it vanishes!
• More power-ups are on the way as the arcade grows.

💥 Collision & Game Over

The run ends if the snake hits its own body. In Classic and Hard modes, crashing into a wall is also fatal — in Chill mode the walls wrap around, so you reappear on the opposite side. Simple, fair collision detection keeps every game feeling responsive.

🏆 Scoring & Difficulty

Each food orb is worth +10, golden fruit is worth +50. Pick Chill, Classic or Hard from the menu to set the speed and wall rules. Your best score is saved automatically.
