How to Play Dice Merge

🎮 Controls

This is a relaxed drag-and-drop puzzle game. On desktop, press and hold a die with your mouse, drag it, and release on the target cell. On touch screens, drag with your finger. Drag the highlighted tray die at the bottom onto the board to add it, or drag any die already on the board.

🎲 Merging Dice

Drop a die on top of another die of the same value to merge them into a single die worth one higher — two 3s become a 4, two 4s become a 5, and so on. Dropping a die onto an empty cell simply places or moves it there, helping you line up your next combo.

📈 Progression & Scoring

• Every merge scores points — bigger dice are worth dramatically more.
• Chain merges quickly for a combo multiplier and bonus points.
• Unlock ever-higher dice: 1–6 show classic pips, while 7 and above glow with their number.
• Your best score and highest die are saved automatically.

🔨 Hammer Power-Up

Stuck? Tap the hammer in the tray, then tap any die to smash it and free up a cell. You get a limited number each game, so use them wisely.

💀 Game Over

The board fills as you add dice. Keep merging to clear space — the game ends only when the board is full and no matching dice remain to combine. Chase a new high score every round!
