How to Play BlockFall Legends

BlockFall Legends is a free Tetris-style puzzle game you can play online in your browser. If you enjoy classic Tetris-inspired gameplay, this falling block puzzle will feel instantly familiar: guide each falling block into the well and complete full rows to clear them.

🎮 Controls

• ← → — Move piece left / right
• ↓ — Soft drop (faster fall, +points)
• ↑ or X — Rotate clockwise
• Z or Ctrl — Rotate counter-clockwise
• Space — Hard drop (instant slam)
• C or Shift — Hold piece
• P or Esc — Pause / resume
• Touch: swipe to move, swipe down to soft drop, tap to rotate, swipe up to hard drop, on-screen buttons for hold & pause.

🧩 Core Mechanics

As in any good block-stacking game, you steer falling blocks (seven classic tetromino shapes) into the well and complete full horizontal lines to clear them. The faded ghost piece shows where your block will land. Clearing lines earns points, fills your XP bar and speeds the game up as you level — the hallmark of classic Tetris-inspired gameplay.

💥 Combos & Back-to-Back

Clearing lines on consecutive pieces builds a combo multiplier for escalating bonuses. Chaining "difficult" clears (four-line clears, called a BlockFall) triggers a Back-to-Back bonus worth 50% extra. Bigger clears and longer combos rocket your score.

🎯 Game Modes

• Classic — Clear as many lines as you can until the well tops out.
• Marathon — Survive a full 150-line journey across 15 levels.
• Sprint — Race to clear 40 lines as fast as possible.
• Challenge — Hit the daily special objective for bonus XP.
• Endless — A relaxed, never-ending stack with a gentle speed curve.
